We offer short and long-term rentals of our dance studio.

Requirements:

Rentals under 3 months must pay the rental at the time of booking with a $150 non-refundable deposit.

Rentals for more than 3 months will have to provide proof of liability insurance and sign a rental agreement

$ 65/hr. weekday & $70/hr. weekend per hour
  • Studio 1 is 35' x 32' with a new Stagestep sprung floor with Pulse Marley. It also has double-wall mirrors and portable barres. The studio is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker that can pair with your device.

  • Studio 2 is 35' x 25' with a new Timestep sprung floor and Timestep Marley. The studio is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker that can pair to your device. Portable barres are also available in this studio.
